The Business Role Constraint form enables you to constrain a privilege based on the business role, such as Line Operator, Agent, or Marine Terminal. When you assign a constrained privilege to a user role, users with that role must be a member of the constraining business type.

To add or edit a constrained privilege:

  1. In the Business Role drop-down list, select the business role you want N4 to use to allow user access to data for the selected privilege.

  1. In the Operator drop-down list, select the operator where the data to be constrained is located. N4 selects the current operator by default. To select another operator you must login at the global scope level.

  2. Click Save.
